Price information - rooms

Prices are per day and per person.
A breakfast buffet with a large variety, a three-course menu in autumn, a four-course menu in winter and a salad buffet is included in the price.

Shortstay supplement till 3 nights: € 5,-- per person and day

If you want to book breakfast only, in autumn (up to 15.12.11) € 7,-- and in winter € 10,-- will be deducted from the half board price.

Single room supplement:
up to 15.12.2011: € 10,-- per day
from 16.12.2011: € 15,-- per day

Local taxes: up to 31.10.2011: € 1,30 per person and day
from 01.11.2011: € 1,60 per person and day
from the age of 16

Cot for infants up to the age of 2: € 10,-- per day

Pets: € 5,-- per day

Garage fees: € 5,-- per day

Reduction for children sharing the room with 2 adults:
0 - 2 years: 100%
3 - 7 years: 50%
8 - 12 years: 25%
from 13 years: 10%

Price information - apartments

The prices are per day, per apartment, without catering.
Final cleaning per apartment: € 30,--

BREAKFAST:	€ 10,-- breakfast buffet with a large variety
EVENING MEAL:	€ 20,-- three course menu (in autumn) up to 15.12.11
	€ 26,-- four course menu to choose from & salad buffet (in winter)

Local taxes to the amount of € 1,30 up to 31.10.11 and € 1,60 from 01.11.11 are also charged per person and per day (from those aged 16 and over)!

Important information

Fixed booking:
To confirm your booking a deposit of € 500,-- per room and apartment is required. To secure your booking you may of course provide us with details of your credit card number, type of card and expiry date.
Room arrangement:
No specific rooms or room numbers can be confirmed or booked.
Package:
The charge for your package deal (half-board or breakfast) will be provided upon confirmation of booking. Costs for meals which are not taken will not be reimbursed, unless this has been agreed in writing or orally in advance.
Arrival day:
Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. Please let us know, if you are not able to arrive before 7:00 p.m.
Departure day:
Rooms are to be vacated by 10:00 a.m. Should you leave before 8:00 a.m. we would request that you settle your bill the evening before.
Pets:
Pets are welcome. There is a charge of € 5,-- per day. Pets are not permitted in the dining room.
Cancellation conditions:
General hotel sector terms and conditions (AGBH 2006) apply in the event of cancellation. Up to 3 months prior to the agreed day of arrival cancellation is free of charge, upon affirmation by the contractual partner. Up to 1 month before your arrival day 40% and up to 1 week before your arrival day 70% of the total package price is charged. In the last week before your arrival day 90% of the total package price is charged.

You can pay your bill by credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard), by EC card or in cash.
